Blues Magazine Netherlands, “You Ain’t My Dog No More” reviews lovely Blues-Rock of Eliza Neals
So cool to grab a review from another country like “the Netherlands” a place close to the UK but so very far away in my mind to where it exactly is. Then of course is the language barrier lol. I visited as an opera singer with my troup of performers way back when… here is what BLUES MAGAZINE said about my new single “You Ain’t My Dog no More”…
“The Detroit-born Eliza Neals sings just as nice as she looks. And her career began just as beautiful. Eliza was working and singing in the back of a shop when Motown songwriter Barrett Strong (of among other things: I Heard It Through The Grapevine) came in and immediately offered her a contract with his label. Since then, Eliza four solid rock–blues albums and number five is expected next year. As a foretaste of this new album she has released the single “You Ain’t My Dog No More.”
